Cheesy Popcorn!


In my last post I realized, I talked about cheesy popcorn. But this isn't your typical bright orange, powder covered cheesy popcorn!
This is melty, gooey, and albeit pretty fattening popcorn! It so so good when you're watching a good movie with your girlfriends; all wearing comfy pjs and huddled up in blankets. This recipe is really easy too, and I'll bet you have everything to make it in your fridge right now.

Here's what you need:
A popped bag of popcorn
4-5 slices of Kraft American Cheese
A Tbsp of butter (any kind of butter or margarine, whatever you got)

Here's how you do it:
Put the popcorn in a big bowl.
Get a smaller microwave safe bowl and put the butter in it.
Now rip up the cheese and set it in the bowl over the butter!
Microwave it for a minute and then stir it.
If it is not melted all the way, try another 30 seconds and stir.
You will have a bowl full of this gelatinous yellow goo!
Now pour it all over your popcorn!
Shake up the popcorn good to make sure it gets to the bottom.

The best part of this popcorn is the big clumps of cheese and popcorn that are all stuck together when you get closer to the bottom. You'll probably have a hunk of cheese with popcorn surrounding it; it will look like a greasy delicious artery clogger. That's my favorite part!
