I have taken it upon myself to actually make the recipes I pin and then write about how it went. You never know what recipes are delicious, or cause the kitchen to look like an explosion, or take 7 hours to finish, or are so easy that you could have done it in your sleep. I'm here to give you a heads up, acting as the guinea pig before you try it yourself! Wish me luck!

Patty Melts!
Sometimes you just crave something greasy, cheesy, and really bad for you. And I have been craving a Patty Melt for days, so I finally got around to making them for dinner.
These delicious things are really easy to make, and I knew the basics, but for guidance The Pioneer Woman helped me out with her tutorial! She basically made sure I didn't forget anything.
All you need is some burgers, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, rye bread, and butter! As the Pioneer Woman says, these are the last thing you'll want to eat if you're on a diet. Luckily, I'm not. Yum!
