These are the first pies I've ever attempted to make, and to this day they are still my favorite!
I used the pie crust I posted about before which is just sweet enough for these little pies. The filling is super easy because there are only two ingredients: sugar and strawberries!
I wanted to keep it simple because these were my first attempt at making them. I would change some things now that I am more experienced at making pie fillings. But these pies were very fresh and tasty.
I love getting fresh produce from the farmers market and making it into pies! So I've been just looking around at the local seasonal fruit to see what looks good!
