Not-so-scary Pie Crust!


know, pie crust can get pretty tricky and always seems a lot scarier before you’ve actually made it! I’ve tried a number different pie crust recipes and some of them are in fact a terror to make!
But I have found the perfect, go-to pie crust from suziesweettooth.com 
The recipe is super easy and you really don’t need anything special to make it. A pastry blender is helpful though but I’ve made this recipe multiple times cutting the butter with a fork. It takes a heck of a lot longer but the product is the same, and slightly more satisfying. 
This is a super diverse crust and every time I’ve made this recipe it has turned out perfectly!
*Tip* Make sure your surface is floured (even Silpats) because the dough has a tendency to stick!
